Step One - Call Sasama Finance or submit your details online
Call us on 1300 733 281 and your dedicated loan professional will take a few of your details. Alternatively you can submit your details online. This information allows us to research what loan best suits your individual circumstances. Once we have found what options suit your needs we will send you information for each option. You choose which option suits you best and then we can begin the application process. Step Two - Send us your information Return the completed information that we sent you along with the documentation we require and we will get started on your application. If you like we will fill in your application forms making the process as simple as possible. Once we have submitted your application we should have an indicative approval issued the next day (with some lenders indicative approval can be issued in minutes over the internet). Step Three - Approval After your loan is indicatively approved many lenders will require your property to be valued. We organise for a panel valuer to inspect your property and submit their valuation to the lender. Once your valuation is complete a credit officer can review your loan and give it their tick of approval. Step Four - Official letter of offer On approval your new lender will issue an official letter of offer. We can organise for this to be sent to your solicitor or directly to you depending on what you require. Complete the letter of offer and return in the envelope provided. We will now liaise with your incoming lender (& outgoing if applicable) to organise settlement of your new loan. Step Five - Settlement Congratulations your new loan has settled.
